PRICING & SERVICES

CAKE SERVINGS/STARTING PRICES*​

The following prices are for celebration and birthday cakes only. Please contact us for wedding cake information and pricing.

  • 1 TIER CAKES – start around $4.35 per serving with buttercream and  $5.35 per serving for fondant
  • 2 TIER (OR MORE) CAKES – start at $65.00
  • 3D CAKES – start at $150.00​

NOTE: Listed prices are baseline/starting prices for cakes. Final prices account for number of tiers, number of servings, flavors of cake, complexity of the design requested, etc.   Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for damage to any order, whether standard, custom, or tiered designs, that are picked up and/or set-up by customers. In the event your cake is damaged in transit or due to set-up or storage, you may incur additional repair or replacement charges. Please call us with any problems or questions and we will do our best to help you.

WEDDING CONSULTATION

  • $25.00 consultation fee, must pay before meeting. This fee will ultimately be applied to your purchase if you choose to do business with us.
  • Please bring two other people to the meeting besides the groom and bride, such as mothers of the groom and bride. Children do not count towards this total.

CUPCAKES​

  • Minimum custom cupcake order is a half dozen.​ 
  • The price of cupcakes start at $2.00 per serving. This does NOT include decorated cupcakes. Decorated cupcakes START at $2.50 each.

PAYMENT & ORDERING​

  • Whenever possible, we like to have at least 2 months notice (more if possible) for wedding cake orders.
  • We accept cash or credit.
  • A 50% non-refundable security deposit is due when you place your order to secure your cake date for birthday and celebration baked goods . The final payment is due at the time of your cake pick up. (For weddings, the final payment is due two weeks prior to the wedding.)
  • When possible, we do accept last minute orders (within 1 week of the pickup/delivery date) and charge a “rush baking” fee of $5 more per 1 dozen of cupcakes and $25 more per cake. This type of order will be accepted or denied at our discretion.
  • Tax is 8%.
  • We book on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Please secure your date by paying the non-refundable security deposit to secure your cake date.

DELIVERY/DELIVERY FEES

  • Custom (non wedding) celebration cake delivery in the Indianapolis area is $25.00.
  • Wedding cake delivery in the Indianapolis area is $50.00; additional charge for nontraditional days and holidays.
  • Delivery always includes assembly of the cake.
  • Fees for delivery will be added to the final cost of the wedding cake. Deliveries beyond the Indianapolis area are determined based on round trip mileage.
